1. Overview
At ProTrack, we strive to provide excellent service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription services.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. No refund is necessary as no payment has been collected.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
- You have not used the service extensively (determined at our discretion)
- There is a technical issue that prevents service usage and we cannot resolve it
Note: Refunds are not available for renewals of monthly subscriptions. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
3.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund if:
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment (full refund)
- After 30 days, you may receive a pro-rated refund for unused months (minus a 15% processing fee)
- Technical issues prevent service usage and cannot be resolved within 30 days
3.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Custom development or integration work
- Training or consulting services already delivered
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Add-on features or modules purchased separately
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or documentation

5. Refund Processing
5.1 Timeline
We will review your refund request within 5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank transfers may take 10-15 business days
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative solution.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds must be requested separately and are subject to this policy.
7. Service Credits
In cases where a refund is not applicable, we may offer service credits that can be applied to future subscription payments or upgrades.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
9. Fair Use
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or constitute abuse of our refund policy. This includes:
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer
- Excessive usage followed by refund request
- Refund requests after extracting significant value from the service
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of ProTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
